This Privacy Policy explains how PE "Klimenko Iurii" ("Controller", "we") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the "MEMO" Telegram bot service.

- Media Content: agents data
- Usage Data: Logs, session duration, and technical interaction data.
3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
We use your data for the following purposes:
- To provide the AI animation service.
- To identify your account and provide technical support.
- To improve our AI algorithms and Service quality.
- To send service notifications and marketing updates (you may opt-out).
4. DATA RETENTION AND STORAGE
4.1.Workflow and Agent Data: We store your agent configurations, workflows, prompts, and project settings for as long as your account remains active. You can delete any workflow or agent at any time through the platform interface.
4.2.Execution Logs and Session Data: Execution logs, including agent responses, tool calls, and session history, are stored to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your logs at any time by contacting our support team.
4.3.API Keys: Your API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) are encrypted and stored securely. We do not have access to your keys' plain text values and never use them for purposes other than executing your workflows.
4.4.User Account Data: We retain account-related information (email, payment transaction history) for as long as you use the Service or until you request account deletion. Upon deletion request, all personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. DATA SHARING
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data only if required by law or to trusted third-party service providers (such as hosting, infrastructure, or payment processing providers) who assist in operating the Service and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

- Request deletion of your data ("Right to be forgotten");
- Withdraw your consent at any time;
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
